Remarks:

According to the seller, this tray is used to hold cigarettes which was made in mid 20th century by Procelaine de Paris.  Porcelaine de Paris decorated their own wares as well as blanks made by other companies. During World War II Porcelain de Paris opened a decorating studio in New York. The red pseudo-Chinese marks were used approximately from the 1940’s until the 1980’s for pieces made in New York. The mark indicated which artist hand painted the piece.
